Chocolate Frosting and Cup Cake Flags

We were lucky to have Sandi cater Dad's 70th birthday party last weekend. She did an AWESOME job! She didn't forget a single detail. Thanks Sandi! Now, share these recipes with us! And we want you to include your instructions on how to grill the perfect steak (my picture turned out blurry because everyone was in such a hurry to eat! I think Mark has one)

{Cup Cake Flags}
Sandi used cute ribbon glued on to toothpicks on these mini cup cakes. They were so cute and just as tasty. She also told us you could use cute scrapbook paper the same way. I LOVE it!


{Chocolate Frosting}
2 sticks butter (melted)
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk

Beat until smooth. You may need a little more or less milk depending on the consistency you want.
