4 oz. boneless chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Chopped fresh basil
Saute' chicken in olive oil, 5 minutes or until browned. Then add the rest of the ingredients, let simmer approx. 5 minutes, or until chicken is done.
