This is a great recipe because it can be made at a moment's
notice with almost everything most people have on hand.
In a medium pot, boil just until tender:
- 8 oz extra wide egg noodles
- 3 cups peas and carrots (or other frozen vegetable variety)
In a large pan, over warm heat combine:
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup+ Real Bacon pieces (optional)
- 1/2 cup+ milk -- add for desired consistency
- 1/2 packet italian dressing seasonings
When noodles and vegetables are cooked, drain and add to sauce/chicken. Warm through and serve topped with parmesan cheese.
Serves 8
