Pie Crust recipe

My friend Shay gave me her pie crust recipe. Now I can try to make pie crust as good as her.

1 3/4 c. crisco
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
4 c. flour---start with 3 1/2 cups and add more as needed when kneading

Mix above ingredients together until crumbly with fork or pastry cutter.

In seperate bowl, mix

1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 c. water

Whisk with fork.

Pour liquid mixture over crumbly mixture, mix with hands. If too sticky, then add more flour from above amount.

Roll out on floured surface. Roll out 3-4 rolls, then flip over and add more flour to rolling pin.

Bake shells at 325 until desired color. Make sure it isn't doughy still.

Bake pies at 350 until golden dark color. If not dark enough bottom will be doughy.
