Winter Squash Medley soup
1/2 Acorn Squash
2 sweet potatoes
2 russet potatoes
5 cups of chicken broth
1 Tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon Adobe Seasoning
Garnish with Cooked and crisp bacon or Ham
1. cut and cube squashes and potatoes. Cook till tender
Pretty simple and delightfully tasty!
