Tuna Italian

1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use Healthy Request)
6 oz. can evaporated milk (I use 2/3 cup skim milk)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can tuna, drained
1 (3 oz can) sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup chopped or sliced olives
2 TB dried parsley
2 tsp lemon juice
6 to 8 oz. egg noodles or other pasta shape of your choice
Boil pasta.  Meanwhile, in another pan, combine the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low heat.  Combine noodles into sauce.  Enjoy!
