This is a great recipe for those days when you need a meal quick and you don't feel like putting a lot of effort or time into it. Nate loved this meal growing up and still loves it, as do the kids.
This is how I make it, Rae (mom), you can show any additions/edits to this since it really is your recipe:
Chili Roni
1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)
1 can tomato sauce (mom uses tomato soup I think)
1 can Nalley's Chili
1 heaping cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 can corn, drained
1 TB chili powder
On stovetop, combine all ingredients. Heat until bubbling. Top with grated cheese on individual plates if desired. We like to serve with a slice of bread or tortilla chips.
